            (Must be 15 months by August 31, 2010 and independent, steady walkers)

_____2 year old 3 day class (Mon/Wed/ Fri) - $130.00/month

_____2 year old - 2 day class (Tue & Thur) -$ 90.00/month

_____ 3 year old* - 2 day class (Tue & Thur) $90.00/month

_____3 year old* - 3 day class (Mon/Wed/Fri) - $130.00/month

_____4 year old* - 3 day class (Mon/Wed/Fri) - $130.00/month

_____4 year old* - 5 day class (Mon - Fri) $170.00/month

_____5 year old* - 5 day Pre-K class (Mon - Fri) - $170.00/month

            (Must be 5 by August 31, 2010)

            * All 3, 4, and 5 year olds must be potty trained.
